Teaching and Program Development
A peer-reviewed open access journal published by CAPEL in partnership with ICPEL since 1988. We publish rigorous empirical and theoretical scholarship across five focus areas:
- The preparation of educational leaders
- Technology, research, and advocacy.
- Justice, equity, diversity, inclusion in education leadership;
- Educational leadership and technology; and
- Educational advocacy and policy.
We invite scholars, educators, and practitioners to submit original manuscripts for consideration in an upcoming issue. We welcome high-quality scholarly articles that contribute meaningful research, theory, and practice to the field of educational leadership.
